Lawyer - staff member (0.6-1 Full Time Equivalent)

KienLegal Plc. is a firm of solicitors in Rotterdam consisting of a general manager, four lawyers and legal advisors. Due to continued growth, KienLegal Plc. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic lawyer-staff member specialised in labour law and company law (preferably with knowledge of property contracts). The majority of KienLegal’s clients are to be found in the public health sector.

The right kind of candidate:

• Should have at least 7 years experience in labour law and/or company law
• Has experience using complex procedures and/or advising clients
• Has an affinity with the public health
• Is able to carry out his/her practice independently and has an eye for the commercial
• aspects of the job
• Is able to hold clients and acquire new ones
• Can supervise student lawyers and assist in their development
• Force him to be constantly sharp-witted and maintain high standards

Competence required

• Have a rounded and stable personality
• Excellent knowledge of law
• Be sharp-witted
• Be competent and self-reliant
• Dares to take responsibility
• Is enthusiastic

What we offer

KienLegal Plc. is looking for a candidate who can work part time or fulltime (minimum 3 days a week) and offers a temporary contract with a possibility of turning it into a fulltime one. It is understood that KienLegal will take care of the required training.
